Checklist
Following is a list of items and documents you will need to have completed and signed before attending Hillcamp.
There is also a list of items to bring with you on the day you attend our camp.

Completed liability form. Please mail in liability forms with your applications.
- Students who will be under the age of 18 on the day of camp (August 9th) must have a parent or guardian complete the MINOR liability form
 .
- All students 18 and over on the day of camp (August 9th) can fill out their own standard liability form .

A small bag/backpack packed with:
- swimsuit
- towel
- sunscreen
- bug repellent
- water bottle
- camera (optional)

Wear cool, comfortable clothing on camp day.
- Tennis shoes are HIGHLY recommended.
- We will be participating in outside activities where sandals/flip flops will not be appropriate.
