Rogers State University is committed to providing students with disabilities access to educational programs and services.

  1. has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of a person’s major life activity;
  2. has a record of such impairment, or
  3. is regarded as having such impairment.

Examples of a major life activity includes but is not limited to:

  • walking
  • breathing
  • seeing
  • hearing
  • performing manual tasks
  • caring for oneself
  • learning
  • working

The impairment must meet criteria as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
