
STUDENT DISABILITY SERVICES
Consistent with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, any student who is a qualified individual with a disability will have equal access to university programs and services. The federal definition of a disability includes a person who has a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more of a person’s major life activity; has a record of such impairment, or is regarded as having such impairment.
