Tuition Payments

Paying for your college education is easy at Rogers State University because we give you so many options. Tuition and fees are due on or before your first scheduled class date.

Pay Online

You can now make payments online. Please make note of or print the following steps then click on the nelnet logo to get started.

Login to the Hillcat Hub Click on 'Student Links' in the left menu Select 'Account Information' from the list of choices Select which semester you are paying for Scroll to the bottom Click 'Set up FACTS Payment Plan' Follow directions from there.

Pay by Telephone

Rogers State University's telephone payment system accepts VISA, Mastercard and Discover. Call 918-343-7558.

Make Monthly Payments

Our payment plan allows you to spread your tuition costs out over the semester. Students selecting to use the payment option must make payment arrangements by the first day of the semester.

Pay on Campus

Payment may be made in person at the Bursar's Office on any of our three campuses. Payment arrangements must be made by the first day of classes.

Pay by Mail

Mail-in payment for enrollment is accepted. A receipt will not be mailed to you, but may be picked up in the Bursar's Office of the Enrollment Center. Make checks payable to Rogers State University and record your student ID number on the check. Address mail-in payments to: Rogers State University, The Bursar's Office, 1701 W. Will Rogers Blvd., Claremore, OK 74017.  Payment arrangements must be made by the first day of classes.

Financial Aid

Financial Aid recipients must have received an award letter by the first day of classes, from the Rogers State University, Claremore campus, Financial Aid Office for payment to be deferred.
