The School of Mathematics, Science, and Health Sciences at RSU provides a solid education foundation for many of today’s most “in-demand” careers.
We offer a unique array of programs for students who wish to pursue careers as nurses, paramedics, biologists, teachers, or physicians or dentists (via pre-medical and pre-dental programs.)

We strive to provide our students with the latest and best instruction in math and the sciences. We effectively reach our students through our low student-to-faculty ratio (one of the region’s lowest), small class sizes, and one-on-one faculty advising.
In addition, our nursing program is recognized as one of the best in Oklahoma. RSU nursing graduates have a passing rate on the R.N. licensure exam of 92 percent, well above the state average of 81 percent and the national pass rate of 84 percent. Our nursing graduates are heavily recruited by major medical centers in Tulsa and across the state.
