Research paper entitled “A Comparison of Learning Outcomes in Business Communications Courses Taught On-Campus, On-Line, and by Compressed Video” published in the Journal of Learning in Higher Education (2006).

  • Developed an ESL Proficiency Test for use in Tulsa and Broken Arrow ESL programs within the school districts (1996)
  • Taught a summer keyboarding class at a New York State Mental Hospital
  • Assistant to the Fund Raising Director for new building construction of the Roberson Memorial Museum in Binghamton, New York.  Responsible for setting up the entire office and hiring staff.
